Nature of the Field of Study
The BLIS curriculum shall include knowledge, skills , attitudes, values and experiences that will provide prospective professionals with the necessary competencies essential for effective provision and delivery of library and information services, the systematic organization, conservation, preservation, and restoration of books, historical and cultural documents and other intellectual properties.
